My family and I came to Lee House Restaurant in Brandon for dinner yesterday. They make yummy Chinese food there. It felt warm and friendly when we walked in. Our host smiled and showed us to a table with a pretty tablecloth.
I looked at the Lee House menu with so many pictures. Mom helped me read it. Many chicken dishes, soups, noodles, and rice were served. I saw other families eating Orange Chicken and it looked tasty with a bright orange sauce. My dad ordered General Tso’s Chicken, which was spicy but good.
My favorite was Honey Walnut Shrimp with sweet sauce and crunchy nuts on top. I loved it. Our dessert was fortune cookies with happy messages inside. I love that my parents said it didn’t cost too much, so we can go back soon.
Soft music played in the restaurant. Everyone was happy and enjoyed their food. I can’t wait to go back to Lee House and try their dumplings again. Lee House makes your tummy happy too if you like Chinese food.
